Heather Lamb brings extensive expertise in the analytic architecture, management, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives. These include A/B testing, KPI development, and cross-channel attribution across digital display, email marketing, social media/PR, and client website data. She has led client engagements at John Deere Financial, Mercer Risk Management, Pella Windows, Michelin, Naked Juice, and Astellas Pharma Inc. Heather holds a BS in Mathematics from University of Florida and advanced studies in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University.
